Since October 2024, we have become aware of certain media reports and market commentary suggesting our company may be subject to a business improvement order or similar administrative action by Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA). In response, we hereby report the following.
As of the date of this announcement, our company has not received any business improvement order or similar administrative action from the FSA, and we understand that no such action is planned. We will continue to further strengthen our compliance and governance systems while maintaining appropriate communication with relevant authorities.
